Kinesis by Tushar: Refund Policy

We value your investment in your health and well-being. However, to ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. Private Sessions, Small Group Training, & Individual Massage Therapy:

  • Prepaid Packages:

    • Refunds are generally not provided for prepaid packages (monthly or quarterly) once the service has commenced.

    • In exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons preventing participation, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Individual Sessions:

    • Refunds for individual sessions are possible if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

    • No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.

2. Personalized Retreats:

  • 30+ Days Notice: Full refund will be issued.

  • 15-30 Days Notice: 50% refund will be issued.

  • Less than 15 Days Notice: No refund will be issued.

3. Corporate Wellness Sessions:

  • Refunds are subject to the specific agreement with your company.

  • In general, refunds for group workshops or classes may be considered if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

4. Exceptions:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns, and we will do our best to work with you to find a suitable solution.

5. Refund Process:

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to [Your Email Address].

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request.
